Time Intervention #1:: Pre-approved land parcels for industries

1. Modalities to be finalised by IDCO for providing pre-approved land parcels to industries
2. IDCO to apply for pre-approvals for identified clusters/parks
3. All pre-approvals to be accorded to the identified clusters/parks by concerned Departments

Transformational Goal #4: Comprehensive end-to-end single window clearance for Industries

Time Intervention #1: Elimination/ Self-certification for renewals

1. Revised simplified single window framework to be put up for approval of the SLSWCA 
2. GO SWIFT to be updated to reflect the new framework 
3. New system of all project approvals in three stages to be in practice 

Time Intervention #2: Integration/Development of Digi-locker facility for all investor services 

1. All concerned Departments to devise a plan to eliminate or replace the renewals with self-certification
