(a ) Term Loan To Producers For Production Of Films

The corporation has formulated this scheme with a view to encourage the producers for production of Odia films in the state.  By the end of 2018-19, the corporation has sanctioned Rs.456.00 lakhs towards Term Loan in favour of 44 nos. of producers.

During the year 2019-20 (30th Nov. 2019), the corporation has sanctioned a term loan of Rs.30.00 lakhs in favour of one producer for production of Odia film. 

(b ) Soft-cum-Bridge Loan To Producers For Production Of Films

The corporation has formulated this scheme with a view to enable the producers to complete their incomplete Odia films.  By the end of 2018-19 , the corporation had sanctioned Rs.163.00 lakhs in favour of 102 nos. of producers towards Soft-cum-Bridge Loan.

During the year 2019-20 (30th Nov. 2019), the corporation has not sanctioned any loan to any producer but the corporation has proposed to sanction Rs.16.00 lakhs to 02 nos. of producers as Soft-cum-Bridge Loan for production of Odia films in the state.

(c) Subsidy To Film Producers

With a view to encourage the producers for production of film in the state the corporation has formulated such scheme for extending subsidy to the producers.  This scheme has been implemented after due approval of the State Govt. and as envisaged in the IPRs. By the end of the year 2018-19, the corporation has sanctioned subsidy amounting to Rs.468.86 lakhs in favour of 318 nos. of Producers for production of films.

During the year 2019-20 (30th Nov. 2019), the corporation has not sanctioned subsidy to any producer but the corporation has proposed to sanction subsidy to 30 nos. of producers for production of Odia films.  At present 38 nos. of applications are pending at corporation level which are under process.
